This hill, a 586m eastern outlier of Tinto, is also crowned by an ancient cairn, although - at c1.2m high and 13m diameter (according to Canmore) - it is much less substantial than Tinto's extraordinary c6m high monument. But then since Tinto is quite possibly Scotland's largest upland cairn, of course it would be, wouldn't it? GLADMAN Posted by GLADMAN
