Marked on the 1:25000 'Explorer' map as 'Chapel Stone'. Burl suggests this is the remains of a four poster, but it would be unusual to find one in these parts. MacLeans "Standing Stones of the Lothians" states that there are indeed four stones (all fallen) about 5 to 6 foot long. Another site closed due to FMD. Posted by Martin
