Between the mound I took to be the northern cairn and the park pale, there is another small circular stony mound, which looks likely to be a clearance cairn.

Monument Number 28409

Earthwork remains of two Bronze Age cairns. Both mounds are small, ditchless and undisturbed. They average 0.5m in height and have some stone content, now overgrown with turf and heather.
