Mynydd Carn-y-cefn (Cairn(s)) by thesweetcheat The mound on Bwlch y Garn. GGAT suggest this is a clearance cairn. It looks to have been built on a natural rocky outcrop (seen on the left) and it has elevation above the surrounding ground surface, which suggests more significance than mere clearance would warrant.
