When was this? We walked down from the hillside above this on Thursday last week!

Went to Carnedd Hengwm and then on to Barmouth. It was very misty on the hills. We got chatting to the farmer for a while. I didn't come and look at this as the field was full of jumpy bullocks and visibility wasn't great.

Couple of weeks back now. Without the clearance and bloody bath this would be magnificent GLADMAN Posted by GLADMAN

Yes, it's a shame. Not sure if this is on the farm of the farmer we met, he was further down the hill and doing sheep rounding, but he was very enthusiastic about heritage and the prehistoric sites. He recommended Dyffryn Ardudwy and the standing stones below Cader, before realising I knew them already. thesweetcheat Posted by thesweetcheat

Yeah, looked to me like there are some 'right of way' shenanigans going on up there... a smashed ladder stile, etc. GLADMAN Posted by GLADMAN

Sounds like a different farm then. Not good though. thesweetcheat Posted by thesweetcheat
