Craig Cwm-Silyn

Round Cairn

Craig Cwm-Silyn (Round Cairn) by GLADMAN Looking more-or-less north-east... Snowdon's Yr Aran is the pointy peak top right. The pair of fine cairns upon Y Garn are, somehow (!), in direct line of sight from here, rising just above and to the right of the sunlit Mynydd Tal-y-Mignedd across Bwlch Drws-bern. The cairn upon the latter was raised by 'grateful' locals to honour Queen Victoria... so needn't concern us here.
