Any trip to 'The Long Stone of Minchinhampton' should involve stopping off here, about 1 mile away, perched on the edge of Rodborough Common. Stop here for a fantastic icecream whilst avoiding the cattle roaming around. Fantastic views. |

A group of 6 of us stopped here back in April. The en-suite rooms were quite basic, but quite adequate. Initially we were offerered a room that slept 8, so large groups were not a problem, but we ended up with a 4 and a 2.
Didn't eat here, but the food looked OK, Indian resturant next door and plently of pubs in town. Good sized breakfast.
The bonus was it was cheap, I think it cost about £13 each. |
