Head east from Macduff on the A98 and turn north after going through Longmanhill. A more famous cairn is slightly to the south of the small village. After a sharp corner follow the track to it's end. Go through the farm and the cairn is on top of the hill. Very little remains as the cairn has been robbed to make dykes. The views are good. The Melrose cairn is to the north.
