It's places like that which make Wiltshire and surrounding borders so special. For me, that photo captures timeless peace.

Thanks TE. It's good to know I can sometimes convey something of the 'spirit' of a site, as opposed to just the physical form, if you get what I mean. As you no doubt know, Adam's Grave is just across the valley, somewhat taller, but far more popular. In my opinion this site has the better views and vibe.

Which is not to say that I don't want to get back to Adam's Grave soon, too.
