Wonderful photo's and what terrific weather for a day on the Welsh mountains. I understand that the cairn is a popular challenge for hill walkers during the holiday periods so must have been a wonderful feeling having the top all to yourself on such a clear day. Moel Siabod's too popular for that, sadly. Unlike Moel Llyfnant a day earlier. Although starting early and descending very late gave me at least some time to soak up the vibe alone away from loudmouth narcissists....

The climb was literally on a whim. Sometimes those are the best.
