The hill fort doesn't have the most awe inspiring artificial defences... however if the gob-smacking power of the perfect vista could be harnessed and then transmitted via some kind of cosmic ray... the enclosure upon Fron Goch would surely be impregnable. Cadair Idris and the Tarrens reside upon the skyline.
