Aye. Its a bit like a great big lego construction. Pretty basic, flat slabby, dry-stane construction. Pretty much anyone can do it. As with many such projects, its not the teaching of the fairly basic skills required which is the difficulty, nor getting a range of volunteers involved, it is retaining volunteers for more than a day or two. Once you've done it for an hour or two... it gets a bit monotonous.
But good luck to them.
