The upcoming eclipse (on Monday) will set not far away from the summer solstice sunset declination. So stones set to mark that solstice sunset, on the horizon, or to a hill or barrow, also on the horizon, will indicate a setting full moon eclipse, on the day of the Winter Solstice, this year. Which must be a rare photo-opportunity, if the weather's clear - which it could very well be.

The Burnt Edge stone row, in Smithills, Bolton, would be a good site - there are two flattened mounds that should frame it. It might be possible to get an idea of the scale of the event the previous morning, similar time of day, an hour earlier though. It'll be very cold but a once in a lifetime thing ...
