Winter Hill in the Yorkshire section is the one in Lancashire and the Winter Hill stone in the Lancashire section is actually in Yorkshire!
You're right, hadn't spotted that one! and here's another mix up.
It looks like the identities of Skelmore Heads and the Great Urswick Long Barrow are the wrong way round
If you check on Magic the site at SD274754 is officially called ‘LONG BARROW NORTH OF SKELMORE HEADS, 300M NE OF WOODSIDE FARM’. Skelmore Heads is the name of the hill on which the Hillfort sits, the barrow is just over a hundred metres to the north.
The burial chamber described as Skelmore heads at SD263745 is 1.4km away and should be known as Great Urswick Burial Chamber.
Another one for the list!
