Hi Peeps

has anyone been up here recently to check the site for any more damage?

Peace

I’ve not had chance to get up there since my last post, but I’ve been thinking the same thing, I’ll try to get there sometime this weekend, also missed Maesi’s post asking for directions.

A question concerning another site in this area, where is your possible barrow on Standing Stones Hill, the GPS given here seems to put it on Redmonds Bank, I went up there for a mooch around & found only mining remains. My guess is that the site was originally added with a dodgy reference, the official position for the spot is SD 6465 1737 which is right on top of Standing Stones Hill. Not much to see there either, but a nice walk from Lead Mines Clough.
