I believe that a 50/50 split is pretty standard, and getting the landowners permission beforehand of course.

I liked how he mentioned giving some of the money to charity, or to a local museum to get a copy made. Quite touching. made we weep. (tongue firming in cheek - maybe u all missed those bits)
