Tried to buy it meself (thought it well worth the fiver) but the link weren't working, so I don't think it's luck.

If you download the pdf and then configure your printer to booklet print (which you may or may not be able to do) I reckon it should only use 18 sheets of paper and be perfectly reasonable.

That said, I tried it at work and it'd only print the outside cover, will try again at home...
