Looking good so far. I wouldn't have been able to make it, anyway, as last night's hurricane downed a tree that blocked the only road out of our estate!

That was no hurricane (that was a Tropical Storm). And the Equinox is tomorrow ...

Yep, drove to Oldcastle last night and stayed in a pub/B&B, at least half a dozen trees down on the road and lots of debris and crap, glad I wasn't doing it at half 5 in the morning.

I sent a photo and some info to the Irish Independent, The Star and The Times so maybe if its a slow news day tomorrow they will include it.
