RTE weren't there this morning but the sun did shine! After a dodgy start with a lot of cloud on the horizon the sun finally broke through for most of the remainder of the illumination, took zillions of pics of course and will post some later. There was a woman from Lyric FM there though and she recorded me explaining the stages of the alignment so if classical music is your kind of thing you will probably hear me getting excited when the sun finally broke through!
