I've often wondered were Jug's Grave was as well, being very near to Bath, but those woods always looked spooky. Its nice to see Chance's photos of this elusive (but badly damaged) barrow.

You are correct. It is spooky. I used to live in Winsley (A couple of Miles from Conkwell) as a kid and those woods always freaked us out. We camped over one might but could not handle it so left around 1am. :D
