A Clyde Cairn?

The book I referred to earlier about Clyde tombs also says what are called court cairns were previously the Carlingford side of the Clyde-Carlingford grouping , so Four Winds should be forewarned of what he's in for !

That fits. The Carlingford grouping (around Carlingford Lough) would have come about through monuments like Clontygora, Audleystown, Rockmarshall, Ballymacdermott and one of the Goward tombs. The Goward court tomb was the first one excavated and it surprised them a little - they thought it was a stone circle.

Then of course the massive concentration of them in the west was realised and that, as they say, was that. No more Carlingford group.
