Worsestill, this could be a relatively positive outcome. It could end up like some of the half-cocked attempts at restoration you see up on the Northumberland coastal plain. Where the water drains off in the summer, floods in the winer, and the 'attractions' never take off, so end up as windswept white elephants.

They could always build a Neolithic theme park. "Roll up, roll up, ride the Giant Axe, the worlds first log-flume built entirely with authentic stone tools." Side stalls selling "Sacrifice me quick" hats. Sticks of rock with "Hengeworld Theme Park" written through the middle. The possibilities are endless, invest while you can.
