Excuse me! I think what I said was there was a possibility one of his workers did it out of ignorance. I also said I don't know the full facts ... the penalty does seem lenient compared to the one meted out for chopping a tree down. For the record I'm done having confrontational exchanges on forums but until I'm thrown off reserve the right to express an opinion from time to time.

Apologies for offending, I just dislike being told I am not allowed to jump to assumptions by people doing it themselves... If you didn't do that then I am sorry, that was how I read your post.
