Sorry, I probably should've posted it to this thread!

Perhaps older maps of the area are the way ahead... Although I'm sure I could find Worm's Rock, given a few hours walking along the river at Wearside.

Isn't Lambton Castle the ancestral home of the Lambton family? If this is so, then I think its safe to say that this is what's meant by Lambton Hall.

Its said that Worm's Rock was the place that the worm liked to cross the river. Given Worm Hill's proximity to the water's edge I'd say that Worm's Rock is likely to be in its immediate vicinity.

Worm's Well is gonna be the real bastard to find.

on the 1850's os map there is both a lampton castle(site of) and a Lampton Hall (site of). They are both one opposite sides of the river, which is interesting, bridges being difficult to maintain. they are joined by a Lamb Bridge.

I think that our search are is between Lampton Hall and Worm Hill. There are a number of un-named wells on the sourthern side, and well as Lampton Well, none that I can see on the North side, Alothough Worm Hill is on the North.

I'm still looking into this, will come up with some definitive guesses later!
