If your were sober (which I'm sure you were mate) then they must have either had a very dodgy breathalyser (batteries a bit flat) or they wanted you out of the way. A third alternative is that they were pissed...

Were you looking like a trouble maker? I'm never sure how to picture you in m'heed. Are you a typical Avebury resident? Do you have a 4x4 and a Labrador? Can't see it myself. At the same time I don't picture you as a hardened skin 'ed anarchist. Wonder what the police were up to.

Do all Avebury residents have 4x4's and a Labradors. Jeez, things have changed since I used to live there.
I used to get taken to Avebury school on a red bedford bus, and all the residents were quite average.
(those being the days when property in Avebury was affordable I guess)
