I got arrested!
Police stopped me in my car and breathalised me and told me I was Drunk!
Took me to Swindon main station and tested me on their big machine and the results were 9. The legal limit is 34.
So I walked.

There are no signs warning about parking or yellow lines.
If anyone need photos let me know.

blimey o reily - what a shower - so much for serving and protecting? and so were you returned to party at police expense for your trouble? doubt it.

yes please some photos would be fantastic - thank you for all the very good advice i've got to put a case together. working on it now. i'll post a link to a pdf of it when i've finished

Sorry to hear about your spot of bovver. And you being a local n' all. It's a bit much really.

If your were sober (which I'm sure you were mate) then they must have either had a very dodgy breathalyser (batteries a bit flat) or they wanted you out of the way. A third alternative is that they were pissed...

Were you looking like a trouble maker? I'm never sure how to picture you in m'heed. Are you a typical Avebury resident? Do you have a 4x4 and a Labrador? Can't see it myself. At the same time I don't picture you as a hardened skin 'ed anarchist. Wonder what the police were up to.
