It does get windy though, I was up at Ramsdale doing a timelapse a couple of weeks back and eventually had to retreat to the car to defrost my hands and feet. Drove down to Harwood Dale and there was hardly a breeze.

Thank you for all that, I looked at all of them, and you've done a lot of work on them all, finding stuff and things. I liked the story of the 'elf-stone' especially. I'll take a note of all the links, though of course there is a difference between being a 'native' and a visitor ;) trogging over those bogs requires a certain experience, presumably they are not deep just annoying and exhausting.
