Ocifant,

I may be wrong but can think of no reason why fieldnotes would have been culled, particularly if the sites remained listed. It is certainly not something the Eds routinely engage in. In the past some posts for holy wells have been deleted, but if you really have lost fieldnotes on obviously prehistoric sites (I'm assuming this was some years ago now) I can only imagine it to be a technical hitch (there was an issue with how they linked to the weblogs at one time).

This is good news day, lets all rejoice, i'm now going to bike to the beach and shout "Thank you androgynous higher beings for making the TMA ed's fair and honourable", you have no excuse to not to post now Ocifant!

Hopefully it was just a hitch then. I know a lot of my weblogs were made nonsensical, and lots of photos went at the same time.

I used to make a lot of fieldnotes, but just got out of the habit when I realised the photos were gone.

Maybe I never uploaded them after all? This would have been 5-6 years ago now.
