Sounds more like sod’s law to me - there’s a copy of ‘Man of the moors’ on ebay at the moment from a bookshop in Durham!

I though you might have a copy which was why I was asking if it was worth a punt on it.
The only copies of Early Man I’ve seen were going for silly money, although I’ve not looked for it a while so I don’t know what the going rate these days.

That's a very good price Chris, although it's a relatively recent book you don't see too many about.
Let me know if your not going for it and I'll have a punt at it.
My Early Man cost me £60, I probably paid over the odds at the time but it was money well spent from my perspective.
I picked up the Archaeology of Yorkshire reprint for buttons off e-bay.
