That's the only credible explanation I could think of myself, other than it was done bysomeone completely barmy.The other rumour, that it was done by someone (identifiable) with a grudge over a planning refusal, was pretty awful IMO. If I was him and heard anyone say it in the pub I'd sue the pants off them.
