Oh, that's all right then.
I braved the cycle ride to work this morning and what a lovely feeling it is freewheeling by on the cycle track past all the stationary traffic on the ringroad. As I coughed.

If this motorway is just connecting a dormitory town with Dublin they should invest the money in a train/tram or something.

My understanding is that they only got money for the minor road plans if a motorway was included. What I can't understand is why they didn't opt for a north/south route.
It's true every road leads to Dublin but what if you want to go somewhere else.
