The motorway will simply get two lanes of traffic to the N3/M50 junction a bit quicker so that two lanes of people will now have to sit and wait to get on to the M50 motorway at the terrible junction there, which won't be changing much from what I understand).

Oh, that's all right then.
I braved the cycle ride to work this morning and what a lovely feeling it is freewheeling by on the cycle track past all the stationary traffic on the ringroad. As I coughed.

If this motorway is just connecting a dormitory town with Dublin they should invest the money in a train/tram or something.
