Wretched creatures these defacers of stones, attention seekers? only they can't leave their name behind because they will be prosecuted so it is a no win situation.
There have been many instances, won't name them because that gives ideas and as for rubbish I would be quite happy to see plastic banned, easy access to drinks, food and carrier bags leave us with a littered countryside that looks gross.
