| Heh, I looked at this at first and thought, why has someone posted a field. http://www.themodernantiquarian.com/image.php?image_id=11093 On the same subject, I took no photo but anyone whose been to Poor Lot, did you see the earthwork in the woods next door just to the east? Its a ring bank about 20 metres across, clearly belonging to the same group as PoorLot, but I have seen no other barrows in Dorset with no mound... Unfortunately its only marked on the Orange map and hence I can't find a link to a map with it on, but very distinctive on the Explorer...
