Hi Carol, I'm no expert (see: thesweetcheat, gladman, Carl and postman) but did spend a splendid long weekend on the Gower Peninsula about five years ago. Loads to see there - the Gower Way has the sea both sides.
Cat Hole Cave
Paviland cave (of Red lady fame)
Worm's Head
Rhossili Down (and beach)
Sweynes Howes
Maen Ceti (a must)

And loads more. Must go back - a magical place
