| Funny, I heard taht and then started watching the Netflix show Designatedd Survivor where the spokesman for the real resigning Arts council becomes the Press Spokesman/Communications director for the fictional President. Seemed pretty synchronous or something, but I think it's a pretty new show so presumably other people have seen something similar.
