Exactly. It all seems to be based on the single standing stone called the Cuckoo Stone which is a sarsen, so again, speculation seems to almost turn into fact overnight.
If they are only 3ft down it wouldn't have taken much to dig a pilot hole down to find out would it!! (tic)
