Take a small scalpel and a pair of thin tweezers. cut a line in to toe nail like you would if you were scoring a tile. This must be made as far to the l/r where the ingrower is. Take ice from freezer and put on the ingrowing bit untill it HURTS as its so cold! Take the tweezers and, using one 'prong' ram it into your toe above your normal nail growth, where the ingrower is. Then, this will hurt, pop the fucker out through the skin, it should be quite easy. I'm prone to these fuckers and always do this.
