There's a henge at Muir of Ord that you'd be passing quite close to, although it's been "golfed":

Thank you for that tsc ... just had a look at all three - Torbreck seems to win in terms of 'sense of place', reminds me of some of the small stone circles on the Beara peninsula in west Cork so top of the list for me.
