Saw this item in the local paper on Saturday:

Concern has been expressed about alleged damage to an Iron Age hillfort in South Wales. Archaeologist Karl-James Langford said ‘On a recent visit to Flemings-down Iron Age hillfort, near Bridgend, we were appalled to find there is deliberate damage to the once fairly intact banks and ditches. Also there is extensive dumping of rubbish. It is tragic that an early hillfort, dating back beyond 300BC is being treated in such a disrespectful way. It should be cherished’. Mr Langford added ‘we do hope that action will be taken to protect this site and that the rubbish is removed’.

Well being an archaeo, he is probably best placed to approach the appropriate body direct as a matter of course one would have thought Carl.
