Don't think I can move it, SC. Assume the Eds can, though. To be honest Mynydd Du will always straddle Dyfed/Powys for me - talk of 'shires' in Wales just doesn't sound right, save Pembrokeshire, which was historically always 'Little England beyond Wales' cos of the power of Strongbow.
