Nice shots, SweetCheat! Yeah, that's not too far from here. Wychbury Man can often be found up there. I haven't had a yomp up that way for yonks. I must rectify that, and soon.


I was very lucky weather-wise. I have memories of family picnics up there when I was a kid when it was almost too windy get out of the car. I used to go up there with a trials bike too, as a teenager. It was great to see bits of country that I now recognise (Malverns, May Hill, Black Mountains, Brecons) from the part of the country I grew up in. Kind of made my little world a bit more joined up.
