That's certainly not a stone I've seen before, and I can find no mention of it in Romance of the Stones (Robin Payne). Similarly, there is no mention in Weatherhill's Cornovia, so I'd say this is almost certainly modern.

I'll take a quick look at it later this week, and see if anyone local knows anything.
