I wanted to ask, if the farmer owns the site, is he entitled to do anything he likes with it? It must have some kind of listed status or preservation order on it right?


It has a preservation order as do all sites but he can refuse access since it's not in state ownership. It's sad that he would deny people access...

At least he can't knock it down but I bet he wants to...
