Namaste means, to us, the same as it means to you.
A Hindu greeting.
Basically, "I bow to you" with the hand gestures giving further meaning. Most translate it as something like "I honour the divine spirit within you."
It`s only a yoga position in as much as if you bring your hands together gently at the heart, then you "do a namaste."
