Very tall standing near to Boscawen un stone circle – approximately 4 metres high.
Visited 9th May 2021. This is the site I looked for back in 2010 and could not find. It is only visible from the road when travelling towards Madron – we missed it completely on the journey to Men-An-Tol but spotted it on the way back. What can I say except that finding it after all this time made me very happy indeed.
Watery Silbury today, the weekend of the Spring Equinox. Strange times, it felt almost otherworldly walking up Waden Hill in the late afternoon sunshine – as the country prepares for lockdown.
Hill of Tieverah – Ossian’s Grave appears to be aligned towards it though now there are some hedges interrupting the sightline.
