I recall an excavation there in the summer of either 1981 or 1983? Whilst working at Rhendhoo farm picking spuds, I picked up about 8 very nice flint implements, which I still have. If you’re consdiering visiting, there is nothing to see at this site. However, the exact location is the crest of the headland, above the Lhen and about 100 metres into the fields, away from the gate, which is on the roadside.
