There are two cairns here, both close to each other but in totally different surroundings. Leave the A98 just after the A950 junction and take the road to Pennan. Cummerton Farm is about 31/2 miles away. Stop just after the farm at the next gate, right side going north, for plenty of car parking space.

To the right is the badly mutilated and robbed cairn which is going to gradually vanish. However the shape of the cairn can still just be made out and cairn material can still be seen sprinkled on top of the small hillock.
