Intoxicating light within Cwm Garw. The remains of the settlement – approx centre – stands above the fast flowing Nant Garw. Garreg Lwyd, with Bronze Age summit barrow, is top right; the skyline ridge to left leads south-west past Carn Pen Rhiw-ddu – and the massive Carn Pen-y-Clogau – to the seriously be-cairned minor summits of Tair Carn Uchaf and Isaf.
