Some place, apart from the other pics I'll add, I know there's a settlement near Aultbea, I found a couple of cairns as well but apart from forts/duns/crannogs there appears to be not to much. However, I would think there's much more yet to be discovered. The standing stone at Kildonan - bonkers!
Undoubtedly. LiDAR is the way to go… alas scant in Argyll - I want it for Gigha - but there it’s there for a swathe that includes Kilmartin if you want to sit at home and sniff stuff out in the warm.
As for Kilmartin, better to sniff out on the ground, might have a wee surpeise or two up my sleeve when I'm back in Tayvallich, as I am every year around Easter escaping from the music :-)
